Digital Products
All products sold at Balinga Pattern are digital PDF sewing patterns delivered instantly via electronic download. Due to the nature of digital goods, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds once the download link has been accessed.
EU Consumer Rights — Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, you have the right to withdraw from a digital content purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, provided that the download has not yet begun.
By completing your purchase and accessing the download link, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download has started.

Exceptions — When We Will Issue a Refund
We will offer a replacement file or full refund if:
- The downloaded file is corrupted or cannot be opened.
- You received the wrong file.
- The file does not match the product description.
Please contact us within 14 days of purchase with a description of the issue and, where possible, a screenshot.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at info@balingapatternshop.com with your order number and a description of the problem. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
Sale Items and Gift Cards
Discounted items and gift cards are non-refundable unless the file is defective.
