These Terms of Service govern the relationship between Inga Balsiukienė, sole trader operating as Balinga Pattern ("Seller"), and the customer ("Customer") in connection with purchases made on balingapattern.com.
By using this website and purchasing our products, you agree to these terms.

3. Products
Balinga Pattern sells digital sewing patterns in PDF format. Upon successful payment, a download link is provided immediately. All products are delivered electronically — no physical delivery takes place.
4. Prices and Payments
All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes. The Seller reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments.

6. Intellectual Property
All Balinga Pattern designs are protected by copyright. Purchasing a pattern grants you a personal, non-transferable licence for personal use only. Reselling, distributing, or publicly sharing the patterns or any part thereof without written permission from the Seller is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Seller is not liable for any damages resulting from misuse of the products. Total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes shall be resolved in Lithuanian courts or through the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
9. Changes to Terms
The Seller reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced on the website. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
